FVG: ANOTHER 60 MILLION FOR PHOTOVOLTAICS AND NEW RESOURCES FOR BUILDING RENOVATION AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY
The Friuli Venezia Giulia Region is still accelerating on the road to sustainability and housing redevelopment. In the IV Commission, the Councilor for Infrastructure Cristina Amirante announced a new “energy package” that changes the scenario for private individuals: another 60 million euros in 2026 for the photovoltaic bonus, a measure that has recorded very high numbers in recent years.
According to Amirante, the new allocation should fully cover the expected demand. And, as per now consolidated practice, if the demand exceeds expectations, the Region is ready to intervene with further additions in the adjustment phase. A continuity that confirms one thing: photovoltaics will remain central to future planning.
NOT ONLY PHOTOVOLTAICS: NEW RESOURCES ARRIVE FOR ART. 2 AND ART. 3
Together with photovoltaics, the maneuver also puts its hand to the chapters most awaited by property owners: the contributions of Regional Law 8/2025, namely Article 2 and Article 3.
✨ Art. 2 – Renovations not started
New resources are provided to continue to finance the ranking already started and ensure the flow of projects presented by private individuals.
⚡ Art. 3 – Efficiency improvements already carried out
The call receives new equipment dedicated to energy interventions, so as to keep the opportunities active for those who have already improved the performance of their home.
In total, we are talking about about 17 million additional euros, which will reinforce two fundamental contribution lines for those who want to improve their home in a smart and planned way.
And that’s not all: Councillor Amirante clarified that these figures are still “being worked on”, a sign that the Region could further enhance both tools during the passage in the Chamber.
