Design of a detached villa in Udine

Design in 2017 for a client from Udine. Villa ZA is surrounded by a plot of about 600 square meters. The client’s request was to have a house in which all the services (including living area, kitchen, double bedroom, bathrooms, laundry room and garage) would be developed on the ground floor. The first floor, on the other hand, was entirely dedicated to the children with two bedrooms, bathrooms and a large open space study area. The strength of the project is the low construction costs and a high ratio between product quality and design.
