From renovation to the new life of a 4-star resort
A challenge that required, due to its complexity, my maximum commitment: the “Residence Cavanis” is a recently built 4* hotel and ski resort with a relaxing and exclusive wellness center and a fitness area.
I took care of the design of the interventions regarding the renovation of the building, I obtained the landscape authorization from the Superintendency, I assisted the structural engineer in his work, I carried out the feasibility study, I took charge of the construction management and the coordination of the artisan companies, I managed the start of the activity with attached S.U.A.P. practices and I finally followed the end of the works finally arriving at the usability of the building.
