Renovation with expansion of an accommodation facility in Sappada

The “Fior d’Alpe” was created with the intention of expanding the catchment area of the “Residence Cavanis”. From a former holiday home, a dozen housing units have been created for tourist/accommodation use.

The extension of the building includes an area dedicated to the reception, a breakfast area and a distributive elevator shaft (in addition to the technical rooms).

I took care of the design of the interventions regarding the renovation of the building, I obtained the landscape authorization from the Superintendency, I assisted the structural engineer in his work, I carried out the feasibility study, I took charge of the construction management and the coordination of the artisan companies, I managed the start of the activity with attached S.U.A.P. practices and I finally followed the end of the works finally arriving at the usability of the building.
