With its fresh and contemporary design, this townhouse project, made for a real estate company, was able to satisfy the client in all his requests; the complex was in fact designed with the Casa Clima protocol in class B. Self-sufficient from an energy point of view (equipped with solar and photovoltaic systems), the four single villas and the four apartments in the central block give the eye a pleasant architectural order. It should certainly be added that the entire structure, located in the internal area of Viale Venezia, is easy to build and absolutely sustainable.
