How long does it take to build a house?

It depends on the type of building, the municipality, and the construction site. For a single-family house, it generally takes 9 to 14 months in total: 2–4 months for design and permits, 7–10 months for construction. Each case must be evaluated individually.

What permits are required to build a house?

It is necessary to obtain a Building Permit issued by the municipality. Our firm handles all technical and bureaucratic aspects: project design, technical reports, documents, applications, and coordination with authorities.

Is it possible to access bonuses or deductions for a new construction?

Yes, in certain cases. For example, if a building is demolished and rebuilt, it may be eligible for incentives related to energy efficiency or seismic compliance. The firm evaluates the available tax opportunities for each project.

Can I build on agricultural land?

Only in special cases. A building zoning designation in the master plan is required. Alternatively, exemptions apply only for active agricultural businesses. We verify the situation before starting any design phase.

Do you design only villas and single-family houses or also small complexes?

Yes, we also handle duplexes, townhouses, or small complexes of up to 4–6 units. Our approach remains customized, regardless of the scale of the project.
