We work on both complete, turnkey renovations and partial interventions (such as bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, or individual internal modifications). Each project is evaluated based on needs and technical feasibility.

Do you handle small apartments or only villas and large houses?

We work on all types of properties: two-room apartments, detached houses, condominium units, lofts, and rental units. The key is having a concrete request and the desire to achieve a carefully executed result.

How long does a building renovation take?

It depends on the complexity of the intervention. A partial renovation can take 1–2 months, while a complete renovation (including procedures and cadastral updates) may require 3–5 months. Timelines are defined in the work plan.

How much does a turnkey renovation cost?

The cost varies depending on the size, type of finishes, complexity of systems, and level of intervention. After a site inspection, we provide a detailed and transparent estimate, with possible alternatives based on the budget.

Can I obtain tax or energy incentives for my renovation?

Absolutely. There are several incentives available:

Renovation Bonus: In 2025, a 50% tax deduction is available with a spending limit of €96,000 for the primary residence. Second homes have a 36% rate.

Ecobonus (Energy Efficiency):

  • 50% for interventions on the primary residence (e.g., windows, insulation) with a maximum expenditure of €96,000 in 2025, decreasing to 36% in 2026–27.

  • 36% for second homes in 2025, with the same maximum expenditure.

Furniture Bonus, Façade Bonus, and Superbonus 110% can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis if combined with interventions that meet technical requirements.
